- How we started -
A renovation that didn't go well
Elevated Exteriors Supply started with a backyard renovation that didn't go to plan. Our founder spent a summer trying to turn an unfinished yard into something the family would actually use, and kept running into the same problem — most outdoor products are built to be photographed, not lived in. Cushions faded in a season. A folding table cracked the first time a toddler leaned on it. None of it held up.
The fix turned out to be simple: buy fewer things, but choose them more carefully. That idea became the business — a small, curated supply of patio furniture, garden tools, and water features, picked for people who spend real time outside, not just the occasional sunny weekend.

Three things every product has to pass
Durability under normal use
Not lab conditions, what actually happens in a backyard. Spilled drinks, dropped tools, a dog treating the rug as a bed.
Safety as a default, not an upgrade
Rounded edges and non-toxic finishes aren't a premium tier. If kids or pets might be nearby, that's the baseline.
Sized for real yards
Most backyards aren't acreage. We carry pieces sized for the lots people actually have, not estate photography.
What we look for
The same filter, every time
Every product goes through the same filter before it's listed: would we put it in our own backyard. That means checking how materials hold up past the first season, reading the actual warranty terms instead of the marketing copy around them, and skipping anything that needs more than basic tools to put together.
If something doesn't hold up, we stop carrying it. Good photography doesn't buy an exception.
